Mr. Ivaylo Dermendjiev discussed the 4-year participation ban the World Anti-Doping Agency imposed on Russia for its systematic violations of its anti-doping rules
On 11 December 2019 Mr. Dermendjiev took part in a television show where he discussed the 4-year participation ban placed on Russia by The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). The organization cited systematic violations of its anti-doping rules as the basis for its decision. Mr. Dermendjiev further discussed the severity of the sanctions imposed and whether or not such measures will produce their desired effect.
